Confidentiality & Legal Notice

I provide remote IT support under strict confidentiality. All sessions are treated as private, and I do not disclose information about your systems or issues, except when required by law.

Mandatory Reporting

I am legally required to report the following without exception:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported in accordance with U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and French law.
Credible threats or evidence of murder or rape.

Other Matters

For any other illegal activity, I will not report unless you explicitly request it, or if I am legally compelled to do so by a valid court order or official request. Even then, I will inform you whenever possible before taking any action.

Legal Framework

United States: Reporting of CSAM is required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC CyberTipline).

France: Mandatory reporting obligations apply under the French Penal Code regarding child sexual abuse material and certain serious crimes.

International cooperation: Where applicable, information may be shared through mutual legal assistance mechanisms between France and the United States.

Sessions can be conducted in English or French.
